Return Policy

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Products are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice.  Items must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging; only unopened, unused product will be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. A 25% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $25, applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Murnia.  Please contact info@murnia.com for further details. 

Exceptions for Damage or Defects During Shipping:

• Contact info@murnia.com within 7 days of delivery
• Include: Order number, photos of damage
• Resolution: Free replacement shipped immediately
• Return of damaged product not required (for hygiene/safety reasons)
